Cemetery Rules

 

All Rules and Regulations are Subject to Change Without Notice

 

   1. Artificial flowers and fresh cut flowers are always permitted on crypts and niches as long as they follow cemetery rules         #3 and #6.

 

   2. Artificial flowers on gravesites are NOT PERMITTED from March 1st - November 1st

      (Months not permitted - March, April, May, June, July, August, September, and October)

      (Months Permitted – November, December, January, and February)

 

   3. Fresh cut flowers are always allowed. Live or potted plants are completely PROHIBITED from all areas.

 

   4. All fresh flowers will be removed on a weekly basis.  

 

   5. Christmas decorations will be allowed on gravesites, crypts, urn plots, and niches from December 1st - January 15th            then will be removed by the staff if not collected. All other holiday decorations will be removed within two weeks                    following the holiday. 

 

   6. GLASS, METAL, WIRE ITEMS, and ROCKS ARE PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES.

       Examples Include but Are Not Limited To:

       Glass and Metal – Cans, bottles, jars, vases, statues, figurines, picture frames, pots, bowls, candles, etc.

       Items that stick in the ground – Pin wheels, wind chimes, chime stands, plant stands, fencing, etc. 

 

   7. CEMENTING IN OR TYING DOWN ITEMS IS PROHIBITED AS IS PLANTING ANY PLANTS IN THE GROUND

 

   8. To obtain “in ground” cemetery vases, please contact the office at 916-443-8598. The cemetery is not responsible for           the maintenance or loss of vases. There is a charge for replacement vases.

 

   9. Trash containers are placed all around the cemetery for your convenance. Your cooperation in keeping The Odd                   Fellows Lawn beautiful is greatly appreciated.

 

  10. Pets must be leashed, are not allowed to run loose on cemetery grounds at any time and must be cleaned up after.

 

  11. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the cemetery grounds at any time.
